Controller
- The controller of your personal data is us, i.e. LCM Holding Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Pabianice. In the rest of this Privacy Policy we write about ourselves in the first person or refer to ourselves as the “Controller” or “We”.
- Our registration files are kept by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. We are entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0001081572. Our NIP is 7312084542. Our share capital is PLN 5,000. Our files contain the key information about us, e.g. financial statements and our articles of association.

§ 2
Terms used in the Privacy Policy
If you come across one of the terms below capitalised in the rest of our Privacy Policy, it should be understood in line with the following definitions:

“Shop” – the online shop whose main page is at www.primodi.pl,
- “Policy” – means this document, i.e. the privacy policy you are reading,
- “GDPR” – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. You will find the text of the GDPR here,
- “Social media” – the Facebook social network and other social networks on which we have profiles.
§ 3
Personal data security and threats
- We apply the technical measures required by the personal data protection rules in force to prevent unauthorised persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent by electronic means, i.e. within our Shop.
- Please note that the particular risks associated with using shops such as ours are:
a. malicious software (malware),
b. spyware programs (spyware),
c. obtaining information by impersonating trustworthy entities (so-called phishing),
d. hacking attempts aimed at breaking into IT systems.
For our part, we take steps to protect the Shop and the data processed in it against these threats. Remember to follow security rules yourself too. For example: install antivirus software and keep it up to date, do not click links or open attachments in messages whose origin you are not sure of, always check the sender’s e-mail address and verify the address of the website where you log in to our Shop. Check whether they contain “typos” or are unconnected with the brand or company named in the message.
Your rights regarding personal data
- We process your personal data, therefore:
a. you have the right of access to your personal data,
b. you can have it rectified,
c. you can request the erasure of your personal data where the GDPR allows this,
d. you have the right to restriction of processing, to the extent set out in the GDPR.

§ 5
Right to object
1. Once you have given us your personal data, or if we collect it ourselves, you can exercise the right to object. You have it in two situations, where we process your personal data:
a. for direct marketing purposes; you do not have to give reasons for such an objection;
b. on the basis of our other legitimate interests; such an objection must be justified by your particular situation. Write to us explaining why we should not process your data.

Complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
If you consider that we process your personal data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, whose website is at: https://uodo.gov.pl/

Your personal data will be transferred to Canada on the basis of European Commission Decision 2002/2/EC of 20.12.2001 pursuant to Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate protection of personal data provided by the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. If you register in the Shop, please note the following:

It is voluntary. However, providing the data is a condition of concluding an agreement with us on registration in the Shop and of the individual sales contracts concluded through it. Without it, concluding a contract with us will not be possible.
If you are a person representing an entity that concludes a contract with us and you do not give us your data directly, we will obtain your personal data from that entity or from the National Court Register or CEiDG.

You can sign up to our newsletter voluntarily when registering in the Shop, and later using the form available there. If you sign up to the newsletter, please note the following:

Statistical, consisting in Social media providers presenting us with data on the views of our posts, their reach, the number of interactions and the demographics of our followers. The data presented to us by Social media providers is statistical data, but it is created on the basis of that company observing your behaviour on our profile. Example of activity for this purpose: We will obtain information from social media providers on the hours and days when the largest number of our followers are logged in to a given network. |

For as long as is needed to carry out the activities described above, i.e. replying to your messages, holding discussions on Social media, pursuing the marketing and statistical purposes above, pursuing and defending against claims, and for as long as is needed to detect and prevent abuse. However, we will not process your personal data for longer than until you object.
c. What rights do you have?
We have described them in § 4 and 5 of the Policy.
d. Do you have to give us your data?
It is voluntary. However, because of the rules applied by Social media, we will see your first name and surname or pseudonym and your picture if you write to us or comment on our post.
e. Who will we pass your data to?

f. Will we transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area?
Your personal data will be transferred to the United States on the basis of the European Commission decision of 10.07.2023 issued under the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU), finding an adequate level of personal data protection under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. b. Right to withdraw consent
Remember that you can withdraw your consent to cookies (other than necessary ones) at any time. To do so, click here.
Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Remember too that you can object to the processing of your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest. You will find information on this in § 5 of the Policy.
c. How long will we process your data?
Until you withdraw your consent to processing for a given purpose. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
In the case of so-called necessary cookies, your data will be processed for as long as is needed to carry out the activities described above, i.e. ensuring the Site works correctly, including maintaining your session, managing the cookie consents you have given, and ensuring the security of the Site and preventing abuse.

d. What rights do you have?

How changing browser settings affects your use of the Shop
Changing your web browser configuration to one that prevents or limits the storage of cookies may result in limited Shop functionality. Deleting cookies while a service is being provided may have similar effects. - Flickr, provided by Flickr Inc. (67 E Evelyn Ave, Ste 200 Mountain View, CA 94041, USA), for the purpose of displaying widgets in the Shop.
