Delivery times and methods

DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES

We look after our customers - delivery on Primodi orders is always free.

We process orders as quickly as we can - once an order is processed, standard shipping takes around 2-5 working days* from the payment reaching our account or from the date the order came in.

Products from our shop are shipped within Poland only.

* Delivery times vary depending on the courier chosen. We have no influence over how fast orders arrive; that rests entirely with the carrier.
