INFORMATION ON OUR PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In this notice we use the following terms:

We, that is LCM Holding Spółka z Ograniczoną Odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Konstantynowska 13, 95-200 Pabianice, NIP 7312084542, reachable on +48 42 278 20 40, e-mail: biuro@agencjamodylcm.pl, also referred to as the personal data controller.

You, our Customer or another natural person with whom we will conclude and perform a distance sales contract or contracts, with whom we will correspond using communication channels such as the contact forms on our websites, e-mail, social networks, SMS messages, telephone and conference calls, instant messengers and other communication channels, and to whom, on the basis of the consent given, we will send marketing information about our products and services.

Data protection officer / personal data specialist

Following an analysis carried out under Article 37 of the GDPR, we did not identify an obligation to appoint a Data Protection Officer; nevertheless, we attach great importance to the secure and lawful processing of your personal data, so we have designated a specialist whom you may contact on matters relating to the processing of your personal data, including the exercise of the rights available to you in this respect, by e-mail, writing to: biuro@agencjamodylcm.pl, by post, writing to the address of the controller's registered office, or by telephone, calling: +48 600 202 275.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing

We will process your personal data for the following purposes:

Rights and obligations, voluntary provision of data

Providing your personal data for the above purpose is voluntary and is not required, and failure to provide it entails no consequences for you; however, if you do not provide it, we will not be able to fulfil any of the above purposes.

In connection with our processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: you may request access to your data, request that we rectify it, restrict its processing or transfer it. You also have the right to object to the processing, the right to request that we erase your data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time, though without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal. Please remember that we attach great importance to processing your data securely; if, however, you consider that we are infringing the regulations when processing data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Rules for transferring data to other entities

We may disclose your personal data solely to public authorities and to entities authorised under the provisions of law, and we may entrust personal data to entities involved in the processing in connection with our pursuit of the above purposes, solely on the basis of agreements concluded in writing and on our express instructions.

Data retention period

We will process your personal data for as long as we are required to process it by the provisions of law, and for as long as we have a legitimate purpose for processing it, but for no longer than 6 years, or until you exercise your right to object to the processing or to request erasure of the data.

With this notice we fulfil our legal obligation; it requires no action on your part.
