We are pleased to inform you that customers registered in our shop are entitled to take part in the Partner Programme on the terms set out in the Terms and Conditions below. The Partner Programme is a unique loyalty scheme that rewards registered customers.

Partner Programme Terms and Conditions
§1. General provisions

A Participant is a person who joins the Partner Programme in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions form the basis of the Partner Programme and set out the rights and obligations of the Organiser and its Participants.

The Organiser undertakes to strictly observe the law with regard to running the Partner Programme and protecting Participants' personal data.
§2. Joining and taking part in the Partner Programme

Joining the Partner Programme requires the Registration Form to be completed and the Terms and Conditions to be accepted.

For the duration of the Partner Programme, its Participants receive priority in obtaining information about the Organiser's latest offers and the opportunity to receive a discount in the Organiser's physical stores (and online stores), granted in forms and amounts depending on the discount methods currently adopted by the Organiser, of which the Organiser will inform Participants in separate, direct correspondence or by telephone – depending on the form of communication preferred by the Participant.

The Programme is open to:

natural persons.

The following details must be provided in the form: first name, surname, date of birth and contact details including an e-mail address and/or telephone number; the following may optionally be provided: size, type of collection, own message.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is equivalent to understanding and accepting the rules that apply in the Partner Programme.

Joining the Partner Programme is free of charge and voluntary. It consists in correctly completing the Registration Form and providing details that reflect the facts. The Organiser does not require or collect any fees for this.

The Participant consents to the processing of their personal data necessary for running the business for the purpose of taking part in the Partner Programme.

The Participant has the right to access the data processed by the Organiser, to have it rectified, to restrict its processing, to have it transferred, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent at any time.

Participation in the programme, and the rights and obligations connected with it, may not be transferred to other persons.

A request addressed to the Organiser to delete data that is necessary for the cooperation between the Organiser and the Participant, or the withdrawal of consent to receive marketing information, means the end of cooperation within the Programme at the Participant's initiative, with all the consequences set out in the Terms and Conditions.

The Organiser reserves the right to end cooperation with a Participant at any time without giving an explicit reason.

The Participant is obliged to notify the Organiser each time of any change to the details provided when registering a customer account.

A Participant may withdraw from the Partner Programme at any time. They may do so at any moment in one of the following ways: by contacting the Organiser's staff directly, electronically by writing to the Organiser's e-mail address, in writing by writing to the Organiser's registered address, or by telephone by calling the Organiser's telephone number, after confirming their identity.

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, while being obliged to inform the Participant of this fact. The Participant has the right not to accept changes to the Terms and Conditions, which will result in withdrawal from the Partner Programme.

The Organiser reserves the right to close the Partner Programme in its entirety at any time.

Any disputes that may arise between the Organiser and a Participant will be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the Organiser's registered office.
