Chest - measure the widest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.
Waist - measure your natural waist without holding your stomach in.
Hips - measure the widest part of the hips, standing upright.
Inside leg (for trousers) - measure from the crotch to the ankle.
Total length (for upper-body garments) - measure from the shoulder.
